PAYMENT

Your order is confirmed and will proceed once payment is received. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you via email once you have paid, and we will keep in touch with regards to your order.

For all payments, the currency charged is in US dollars (USD).

ONLINE CHECKOUT

Paypal

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diner's Club, American Express, JCB, EnRoute, and Discover) and debit cards when you shop online via Paypal. You may also use your Paypal account if you wish. Paypal is a secure and convenient method, and you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay via this service. 


SHIPPING

The delivery time is in addition to the lead time required (if any) to arrange your items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Registered Post

Registered post is available via Singapore Postal Service (Singpost), for small orders weighing up to 2kg. Your order will be posted within 2 working days from when it is ready. Singpost normal delivery services may take up to 8 to 14 working days for worldwide delivery. The cost for registered post is calculated at US$3.90. Tracking number will be provided. Oardio is not liable for any taxes or fees incurred at the point of destination.

Free Worldwide Shipping

You will qualify for free registered post via Singapore Postal Service (Singpost) once your order exceeds US$100.00. Oardio is not liable for any taxes or fees incurred at the point of destination.

DHL Service (Express Shipping)

This is an express service by DHL. Lead time for preparation of shipment will be normally about 2 working days. Thereafter, it would normally take about up to 7 working days for the item to be delivered if there are no delays. Do note this may not include customs and clearance as countries vary. Your tracking number will be provided to you once delivery is arranged. Oardio is not liable for any taxes or fees incurred at the point of destination.


ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order you may either:

  • Visit our Store to view and purchase
  • Order online and proceed with our website checkout system
  • Via phone or email to enquire and order

Once your order is confirmed with payment, a receipt will be given and you will be updated on the progess of your order.

LEAD TIME

Once you have you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order.

Please then allow the lead time for each individual product. Should you require your items sooner, do contact us as we may have the item available in store immediately.

RUSH ORDERS

Should you require your order sooner than the stated lead time, please contact us.

Please note that the normal delivery time still applies. 

For personalized items, rush fees apply if you require them sooner. The availability for rushed personalized items depends on the quantity and complexity of personalization. Do contact us for more details.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Here at Oardio we pride in our products and service. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 3 days of receiving for an exchange or refund. Item must be in perfect order and not used (unless manufactural fault).

Please contact us to state your reason for refund or exchange. Once approved, we shall issue credit or exchange. For international purchases, credit shall be issued after approval.

The credit will apply to the purchase price of the product.

We do not refund delivery fees and processing fees if any.

IMPORTANT - We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • 1) Opened items that are functioning correctly
  • 2) Items personalised as per order

Please note that colors may vary slightly in products due to the manufacturing process or the difference in lighting and settings between computer monitors.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Here at Oardio we pride in our products and service. 

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you may ask for a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind prior to sending out of item: Exchanges must be of equal or greater amount (with a top-up) to your current order. A refund may be requested with a 5% admin fee. 

Change of Mind after sending out of item / after receiving the item: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please return your item in perfect order, in its original packaging, and not used. We do not cover the delivery fee for returning of items and the delivery fee for the new exchanged items due to change of mind. Exchanges must be of equal or greater amount (with a top-up) to your current order. Refunds incur a 30% cancellation fee due to change of mind, plus any other additional admin fees.

Once we have received the returned item and it is deemed in perfect condition, we shall issue in-store credit or process an exchange within 7 days.

The in-store credit or exchange will apply to the purchase price of the product. 

We do not refund delivery fees and processing fees if any.

IMPORTANT - We do not accept returns or refunds/exchanges for the following:

  • 1) Items personalised as per order
  • 2) Clearance items

WARRANTY POLICY

We provide warranty for manufactural defects only for the following products purchased from us. The length and details of warranty coverage is as follows (unless specified otherwise on a particular product details section):

Wired/Detachable Cable Type In-Ear Monitors, Earphones, Headphones (excluding the detachable cable itself): 1 Year from the date of purchase

Bluetooth Products: 6 months from the date of purchase

Cables: 3 Months from the date of purchase

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • 1) Damage to the product caused by the user (misuse, abuse, accidents), both physical and electrical
  • 2) Modifications done to the product by user/third party
  • 3) Normal wear and tear in product including aesthetics 
  • 4) Using the product in an unintended fashion resulting in damage
  • 5) Using products purchased from other retailers that are not compatible for use with the product, resulting in damage
  • 6) Accessories

Do note that we would require the suspected faulty product sent back to us for assessment by the manufacturer. We do not cover the shipping fees (if any) for sending the product back to us.

Once we receive the product, we will contact you via email to update you on the estimated timeline of assessment by the manufacturer and if warranty is valid for repair, replacement (either with like for like, or if a model has been discontinued, replacement with a similar model).

If the product is deemed covered within warranty coverage, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the product back to you. If it is not deemed covered by warranty coverage, we would require the user to pay for the shipping costs of sending the product back.
